Hybrid2 was created using Microsoft VisualBasic and uses a database structure to manipulate and store system data.

The Graphical user interface (GUI), combined with a database structure simplifies the creation of projects. Included in the interface are graphics that allow the user to see the components or time series data that they are including in the project.
